Netfirms (my free web server) is holding the Big Brother Web Directory hostage – and demanding that I pay money to subscribe for a year simply because the bandwidth limit was exceeded for ONE DAY. Even though I removed the website almost entirely, there is no other way to get the web address bigbrotherweb.netfirms.com back without paying. Last time I checked, that was called extortion.
I have moved this website back to Portland web hosting, which doesn’t have banner ads but is slower and has more downtime. I have also created an alias so that this type of thing doesn’t happen again.
Right now I am only talking to a few of you who were able to find this site via old links to the old alias. Thank you for staying with me and finding me again. I can assure you we will change our name and build back up to our previous number of daily visitors and beyond!
In the meantime, tell all your friends to AVOID NETFIRMS! |

I APOLOGIZE FOR THIS WEBSITE NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR SEVERAL DAYS DUE TO NETFIRMS IMPOSING A LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF VISITORS TO THE SITE. I AM CURRENTLY TRYING TO ADDRESS THE SITUATION.
WE HAVE TEMPORARILY MOVED BACK TO OUR OLD (SLOWER) SERVER - PLEASE BOOKMARK AND USE THIS LINK UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
I APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE IN THIS MATTER. |

TODAY IS THE DAY! BIG BROTHER 5 USA BEGINS!!!Episode 1: The House Guests entered the house. “Project DNA (Do Not Assume)” was announced as the big twist – 2 of the House Guests are related to each other but they don’t know it. The 1st Food Competition was collecting tennis balls from a spinning giant DNA-like structure. They collected many balls representing various food items. Lori was offered $10,000 to forego all the food won and force everyone to eat PB&J for the week. She accepted. Michael & Jennifer are actually half-brother and sister (they have the same father). Michael figured it out already by Jennifer’s last name. The 1st Head of Household competition was answering questions while your partner ran on a treadmill. Jase won the 1st Head of Household. The 2nd big twist is that one of the House Guests has a twin that will be switching places with them in the house without anyone knowing it.
According to MY opinions, Holly is my pre-show favorite house guest, and I currently predict Jennifer to win. Agree? Disagree? Check out Webmaster's Opinions! |

By the time the USA’s Big Brother 5 starts in early July, we will be covering only the USA version. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Sweden's Big Brother has started – there are currently 11 of 12 house guests remaining. I also found out that there are 2 reality shows in Latvia – Talantu Fabrika (singing) and Cita Fabrika (closer to Big Brother). I believe I was providing info on Cita Fabrika until it ended and I couldn’t tell who won, and then somehow I switched to Talantu Fabrika without realizing it. Either way, I won’t be covering Cita Fabrika unless there is a great demand for it. (Thanks to Graham for this info). Sorry for the delay in updating this page – I just started a new full-time job and have been very busy. |

Belgium’s Big Brother has ended but unfortunately I cannot tell who won (they replaced their official website with a Miss Belgium contest). If anyone knows, please email me.As of today, the Big Brother Web Directory will no longer cover Latvia’s Talantu Fabrika. This show, featuring wannabe pop-stars living in a house together, seemingly has more in common with The Last Comic Standing, where the “talent” part overshadows the “living together in a house” part. As such, it doesn’t have enough in common with Endemol’s Big Brother to warrant inclusion here. Besides, I cannot seem to follow what is going on since the contestants never seem to be eliminated! |

Last Night, on Yes, Dear (a CBS sitcom), one of the male characters became a houseguest on Big Brother. He entered the house and the other house guests were real Big Brother veterans: Season 4’s Alison, Jun, Justin, Michelle, and Nathan; Season 3’s Amy, Lisa, Marcellas, and Roddy; and Season 2’s Hardy and Will. They took some liberties with the show, but there were some inside Big Brother jokes. Sorry I didn’t report this sooner – it’s definitely worth seeing, so look for it in reruns. |

Just because Big Brother 4 is over, doesn’t mean that the Big Brother Web Directory is—we are your source ALL YEAR LONG for worldwide Big Brother links and updates! After the final episode of Big Brother 4, I went to many fan sites to find out how other people felt about the ending, and was very disappointed to find that most fan sites were not even updated with the results (those sites that were even accessible, that is). Your best bet for opinions on the finale of Big Brother 4 is to look at Message Boards.Belgium’s Big Brother has started – 11 of 12 house guests remain. Sorry but I think I gave incorrect information and said that it was an All-Star Big Brother when it started back on September 9th. Spain’s Big Brother has started – 13 of 13 house guests remain. Big Brother 5 USAhas been given the green light by CBS and will air in July 2004! |
